TWG Open - Season Opener Event

Join us on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Rockway Vineyards Golf Club for our 3rd Annual Season-Opener event! We are excited to announce our 4-Person Team Scramble Golf Event.

The tournament is open to golfers of all skill levels, so grab your friends and sign up today!

Event Details:

  • Golf Course: Rockway Vineyards Golf Club

  • Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025

  • Playing Format: 4-Person Team Scramble (Teams of 4)

    • Each team member hits a tee shot, the team selects the best shot, and all players hit their next shot from that spot until the ball is holed out. The team works together to achieve the best score possible.

  • Registration Fee: $170.00

  • Registration Close Date: 5:00 PM EST May 7, 2025

  • Registration Includes:

    • 18 Holes Green fee

    • Golf Cart rental

    • Gourmet Dinner (Menu to be confirmed)

      • Example of two main options with sides:

        • AAA Striploin 8oz

        • Grilled Salmon 8oz

          Sides: whipped mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and topped off with a New York-style cheesecake for dessert.

    • Dinner includes a curated wine tasting experience featuring three exquisite selections: Red, White, and Ice Wine.

  • Withdrawal & Terms:

    • If you need to withdraw from an event, please email us at togetherwegolf@gmail.com. Players are kindly asked to withdraw at least 7 days prior to each event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

    • If the event is completely rained out, golf round rain checks will be issued for all participants.

      • Meals will proceed as arranged.

      • Rain-out situations will be confirmed by the Golf Pro Staff.

    • All players must abide by the golf course's local rules and guidelines, including pace of play, dress code, cart usage, and etiquette. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Entry Fee: $40 per person

Together We Golf Invitational

We are excited to announce our second golf event of the year, hosted at the Pickering Glen Golf Club (formerly Glen Cedars Golf Club) on June 17, 2023.

This tournament will feature Stroke Play with handicaps, where the winner will be the player with the lowest cumulative Net Score. The event is open to our Together We Golf Community golfers, extended friends, and family of all skill levels!

Course Type: Parkland-style challenge

Date: Saturday, June 17, 2023

Playing Format: Individual Stroke Play

The individual player plays their own ball, with all strokes added to calculate the final Gross score. A player’s handicap will be subtracted from their total gross score to determine their Net score, and the player with the lowest total Net score is the winner.

Entry Fee: $110.00 Riding | $88.00 Walking

Registration Includes:

  • 18 Holes Green fee

  • Golf Cart rental

  • Tournament Golf experience

Withdrawal & Terms:

Players must withdraw themselves at least 10 days before each event to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you would like to withdraw from an event and cannot do so, please email togetherwegolf@gmail.com.

Adopt-A-Hole Program

We are excited for your participation for this wonderful opportunity to Adopt-A-Hole at this year’s RBC Canadian Open to represent our Together We Golf Community! Our club will be given a hole at the tournament to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed by both players and fans. The volunteer opportunity is open to TWG community members of all skill levels, so grab your friends and sign up today!

  • Golf Course: Oakdale Golf & Country Club

  • Date: Monday, June 5th to Sunday, June 11th

  • Volunteering Requirements:

    • Volunteers are required to work at least 24 hours over a minimum of 4 days during the championship. Registration open to the first 20 volunteers to cover the required shifts throughout the week.

  • Entries Close: 5:00 PM EST April 30, 2023

  • Entry Fee: $85.00

    The RBC Canadian Open provides several unique experiences to our valued volunteers and your registration payment helps offset the cost of the volunteer package which is valued at $500.

  • The volunteer package includes:

    • Official volunteer shirt and headwear

Our format for this event will be a two (2) person Best Ball. Each team will take the *Best* score from a player on each hole. Best overall team score will determine the winning team.
